BIRDCODE, yep, it's all caps, opened one of the eateries in Fairfield County on Wednesday, Jan. 24 in Darien, serving up sandwiches, salads, tenders, and Southern-stye sides that are said to set your mouth on fire.

It's located at 151 Post Road (Route 1).

As BIRDCODE kicks off in Darien, the company say it's ready to keep growing with three additional restaurants opening across the state in Tolland County (located in Vernon), and Hartford County (in Canton, and New Britain) in the near future.

According to the restaurant, it's just not about the flavor, they're also all about serving the community by using 100 percent recyclable food packaging and the focus on being all-natural.

To add a splash of color to the BIRDCODE experience, the restaurant features murals by Corey Pane, a Connecticut native whose artistry brings a unique touch to the space.

“Corey is an amazing artist, and we are really fortunate to have him in the BIRDCODE family.” says owner Phil Killoran.

"Whether you're a chicken enthusiast, a mural admirer, or just looking for a fun and energetic dining experience, BIRDCODE welcomes you with open wings," Killoran said.
